Q: I don't own the Portal yet. Can I still attend?
A: Unfortunately, no. This workshop requires you to have purchased the Refine Portal because we'll be working through the documents together. Also, watch for the free Portal Walkthrough in late January if you want to see a demo first.
Q: What if I can't attend live?
A: No problem! The workshop will be recorded and available to all registrants for 30 days after the workshop.
Q: How long is the workshop?
A: 4 hours of structured workshop time (9 AM - 1 PM Arizona time), plus an optional 2 hours of coworking time (1-3 PM Arizona time). You can attend all 6 hours or just the 4-hour workshop - whatever works for you.
Q: Do I need any special tools or software?
A: You'll need: (1) Access to your Refine Portal in Google Drive, (2) Zoom access, (3) Your computer ready to work. Helpful but optional for coworking time: Your Canva brand template, your logo/headshot, images you want to use in your Portal.
Q: Can my team member join with me?
A: Each registration is for one person. If you have team members who want to join, they'll each need their own registration. This keeps the workshop size manageable so everyone gets personalized attention.
Q: Is this only for new Portal owners?
A: Not at all! This workshop is for anyone who owns the Portal - whether you bought it yesterday or years ago. If you want to use the Portal more effectively, this workshop is for you.
Q: What if I have an older version of the Portal (4.0 or earlier)?
A: The workshop covers the current Portal. If you have an older version, we can provide you with information about updating to the latest version during the workshop.
Q: I'm not tech-savvy. Will I be able to keep up?
A: Yes! This workshop is designed for real wedding planners, not tech experts. We go step-by-step, and you can ask questions anytime. Plus, you'll have the recording to reference later.
Q: What if I want help with the actual customization work?
A: We offer paid tech support services for done-for-you branding and customization. I'll share information about these options during the workshop.
Q: Will this really help me use the Portal better?
A: If you show up ready to learn, follow along, and ask questions, yes. Understanding how the Portal works and how to customize it for your business makes all the difference in actually using it effectively.
Q: What's your refund policy?
A: All sales are final. This is a live workshop with limited capacity (capped at 25 people), and I'm providing immediate access to materials. Come prepared to learn and engage.
