1:1 access is reserved exclusively for Refine Collective members.
Power Sessions are intentionally short, focused 20-minute conversations designed to get to the heart of what actually needs attention.
They’re structured this way on purpose.
Short sessions:
remove the pressure of a large time commitment
help surface the real issue more quickly
allow us to identify root causes before they become larger problems
result in a small, realistic set of next steps rather than an overwhelming to-do list
Long sessions often produce long action lists that need revisiting anyway. Power Sessions prioritize clarity, momentum, and thoughtful progress.
This is where many members experience the most meaningful growth.
If you need more time, extended 1:1 support is available to Collective members at a reduced rate, with options tailored to the scope of the work you’re doing.
