Refine Portal Updates - 5.0

For Current Portal Owners

If you are currently working inside Version 3.0 or Version 4.0 of the Portal, this update is available to you.

Version 5.0 included a backend rebuild of our formula-based documents. The goal was not to change your system, but to strengthen how it functions behind the scenes. Faster performance. Cleaner structure. Fewer moving parts.

This update includes the rebuilt versions of:

• Guest Tracker

• Planning Checklist

• Budget Tracker

• Planner’s Workflow

• Business Metrics and Lead Trackers

These tools will feel familiar. The workflows remain intact. The difference is in how they function. They are more streamlined, more stable, and easier to work inside long term.

This update is optional.
Your current Version 3.0 or Version 4.0 files will continue to function as they are.

If you choose to update, you will need to replace your existing files with the Version 5.0 documents provided here.

Version verification must be completed prior to purchase. Please email hello@refineforweddingplanners.com to confirm which version you are currently using before purchasing this update.

Refunds may not be issued for purchases made without prior version verification.

Who This Is For

Current Portal owners who are still using Version 3.0 or Version 4.0 and would like to transition to the rebuilt Version 5.0 formula documents.

If you are already operating in Version 5.0, no action is needed.
