Refine Portal 6.0 Upgrade - Pre-Purchase
The 6.0 update has been in the works for a while, and the feedback from planners who got an early look has been really encouraging. If you are currently working inside Version 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0, this update is available to you.
What's been rebuilt
Version 6.0 includes a complete rebuild of the formula-based documents inside the Portal. The goal was not to change your system. The goal was to make it work better behind the scenes. Faster performance, cleaner structure, fewer moving parts.
This update includes rebuilt versions of:
Guest Tracker, updated to include columns for pronouns, email and phone tracking, gift tracking, and hotel block tracking
Planning Checklist, updated to include two versions to share with couples: side by side and continuous scroll
Budget Tracker, updated to include percentage pricing calculations, at a glance over/under budget by category, and cash flow tracking
Planner's Workflow, updated formatting throughout
Business Metrics and Lead Trackers, updated to include more robust reporting
These tools will feel familiar. Your workflows stay intact. The difference is in how they function. More streamlined, more stable, and easier to work inside long term.

Phase based planning
Minimal style
Contemporary style
Luxury style
This update also includes a new automated client copy process. Once it is set up, it runs itself

Before you purchase
Version verification is required before purchase. If an incorrect upgrade option is selected, the order may be adjusted to the applicable upgrade tier before Version 6.0 access is granted. Email hello@refineforweddingplanners.com with the email address you used to purchase the Portal and we will confirm your version within 48 hours. Purchases made without prior version verification are not eligible for refunds. If you have version 3.0 please reach out for your unique purchase link.
This update is optional. Your current Version 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0 files will continue to work exactly as they are. If you choose to update, you will replace your existing files with the Version 6.0 documents provided.
If you are already operating in Version 6.0, no action is needed.
Who this is for
Current Portal owners running Version 3.0, 4.0, or 5.0 who want to transition to the rebuilt Version 6.0 documents.
Important: This is a pre-purchase.
Your 6.0 files will be delivered in August 2026. Access instructions will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If pricing increases before delivery, your purchase price is locked in at $297 (for 5.0 to 6.0) and $397 (for 4.0 to 6.0).
